Refund policy

All Night Owl Clusters products are food and, for food safety reasons, are not eligible for return. If your order is damaged, incorrect, or has a genuine quality issue, contact us within 7 days at granola@nightowlclusters.com and we will replace it or issue a full refund.

Allergens

Deep Forest Granola contains peanuts, tree nuts (almonds, cashews), and soy, and may contain milk. Please review full allergen information before purchasing. We're not able to offer a refund for personal dietary preference or allergy after purchase.

Refunds

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
